Product Overview

HTS pump is a single-stage double-suction centrifugal pump of the latest launch, which is a new generation of pumps developed by the most advanced computational fluid dynamics methods, computer-aided design methods. It has high efficiency, low pulse, low noise, durable, easy maintenance and so on. It uses a single-stage, double suction, volute, horizontal split, the structure of supported on both ends. HTS series pump efficiency reached energy evaluation value of GB19762-2005 "water pump limited value of energy efficiency and energy conservation evaluation value".

Product Features

Pump casing ---- Efficient energy volute structure , the flange to GB / T 17241.6 PN1.0 ( nominal head <95m), GB / T 17241.6 PN1.6 (95m ≤ nominal head <130m), GB / T 17241.6 PN2.5 ( nominal head ≥ 130m), used with the same level flange of the following criteria: BS 4504:1989, ISO 7005.1:1992, DIN 2533:1976, ISO 7005.2:1988;

Seal type ---- packing seal, single mechanical seal and other seal types to choose;

Balancing test ---- impeller balancing test for G6.3 level;

Impeller ---- Bi-directional flow, symmetrical structure, low pulse, optimized hydraulic performance;

Couplings ---- adopt compensation centring ability, high transmission efficiency, diaphragm couplings of significant damping effect;

Shaft ---- biaxial stretch, two ends can be driven, the driving end of the pump which users can choose according to placement;

Bearing ---- imported heavy duty bearings;

Material ---- mainly cast iron, cast steel, stainless steel, duplex stainless steel and other materials.
